Very nice bed and breakfast, we enjoyed our stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful and we really liked breakfast each morning. Our cottage was clean but a little old, we had problems with the bathtub. Also stuffy but the AC worked great. We did have a problem with parking, other guests didn't park effectively (there are no parking lines marked) and when we came back on Saturday night after dinner there was very little room for our car. People were parked which huge spaces between the next car which ate up a lot of room in the small lot. But other than that we had a nice stay.
Came here for a couple nights for a vacation. Was looking for just a quaint, cheaper place to stay instead of one of the crazy expensive hotels in the area. It's totally worth it. Great homemade breakfast in the morning. Very quiet during the day and night. My only couple complaints are that the parking lot lights stay on late, which shined in through our window at night. And the shower/tub didn't drain well. But all in all, we really enjoyed the place and we'd love to come back!
They said they are dog friendly but don't allow dog in the room while we are not in the room.
Stayed for a long weekend in Santa Barbara. Room was comfy, and breakfast was delicious. The accommodations were not modern, and this was more like being a guest in someone's home than a stay in a hotel. I found charming and refreshing, myself.
Awesome little place
Great location and service. Unique experience and very easy to find.
Such a nice inn
Very cozy and comfortable, nice and friendly host, great french breakfast in a beautiful garden.

Beautiful room / cottage in a private garden. Great for sitting outdoors and enjoying breakfast. People who run the place couldn't be nicer. Definitely A+. I would go back.
What a delightful place to stay! Sweet little cottages in a charming laid back garden with old trees, woodpeckers, and a calico cat. We ate breakfast there this morning before driving home. Dominique served us delicious cheese and sausage omelets which we chose from among the four options she offered. We had excellent croissants and California prunes stewed in orange tea topped with a dollop of creme frais. THE COFFEE WAS GOOD. The previous morning she served us a wonderful house-made crustless Quiche. The hospitality never stopped: returning late at night, we found home made brownies on the table and hot cider and tea and wonderful little chocolates. We were invited to sample wines and cheeses each evening at five. All of this was complementary. We've never experienced such generous gracious hospitality in an American B&B. In Europe, yes. Our cottage was fine. It had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, privacy, good shower/bathroom, climate control, storage space, good light, internet access, TV, nice decor. This is not a "fussy/fancy" place. It's clean and simple and we felt really good there.
Great little hideaway! We stayed here a couple of years ago and are looking to come back. It was a fantastic place, the owner was nice but not in your space, we went in the off season and the front garden area and the back garden was very inviting. It was a 15 to 20 min walk to the downtown area. But we walk a lot and it was that much closer to the sb mission. Touring the neighborhood was great too. There is a little tend down the street, great for water, snacks, and jugo de jumex. If you like less Corporate feel to your stay, this is a very good choice. We will probably go here again in march. Clean, inviting, friendly.

Another guest described this place as "shabby chic". That may be a little harsh - this place is very pleasant. Dominique is a wonderful host and makes great breakfasts. The house and rooms are old, but they're very comfortable. It's very peaceful to sit in the garden and have breakfast. Join the hosts and other guests fir a glass of wine in the late afternoon and have a brownie on the evening.
